SCHEDULE A CONSULT - Meet with your event host at one of our SHOWCASE locations, OR virtually – using Zoom/Facetime/Skype.
RESERVE YOUR EVENT - When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll provide a contract to secure your event.
ENTERTAINMENT PLANNING - Have at least one planning meeting to get to know each other, talk about your ideas for the celebration and collaborate on ideas and enhancements that match your vision. The final planning will happen about 3 weeks before your celebration to confirm every last detail.
